Membership fees

Based on age - younger infants and children generally require more frequent visits and immunizations

Included in your membership fee:

• Unlimited well visits (Recommended at least annually)
• Unlimited sick visits
• Unlimited chronic care visits
• Unlimited recheck visits
• Unlimited emails, texts, phone calls
• Discounted ear piercing $50
• Point-of-care testing such as strep, urinalysis, flu, covid, and glucose
• Immunizations as recommended by CDC and AAP

Visits for non-members S

On a limited basis

• Sick visits $250 plus cost of any labs or procedures done
• House or Hotel visits $350 plus the cost of any labs or procedures
• Well visits $350 plus cost of any labs or procedures done
• Ear piercing $100
